If your account was created through Grokker.com, you may cancel your membership by...
- Go to www.grokker.com and enter your log-in credentials.
- Click the profile icon on the top right corner of the page and select "Account Settings."
- On the left hand side of the page you will see "Cancel your Membership."
- Click "Cancel your Membership" and follow the instructions.
You will immediately receive a confirmation email to the address associated with your account.
Please note that there is not currently a way to cancel your membership through the iOS app. You will need to do this through your web browser.
If your account is managed by iTunes, you must cancel your membership through Apple.
You can do this on your mobile device by:
- Access Settings in the home of your device
- Scroll down and tap iTunes Store and AppStore;
- Tap your e-mail and Apple ID, View Apple ID and enter your password;
- Tap Subscription - Manage and select Grokker;
- Turn off the auto-renewal option and tap Done.

If your account is managed by Roku, please follow these instructions to cancel:
From your Roku device:
- Highlight the app tile on your Roku screen
- Press the asterisk (*) button your Roku remote
- Navigate to Manage Subscription, select this
- From this menu, click Cancel Subscription
If your account is provided by your employer, and you wish to cancel, or delete your account, please submit a request to Grokker Customer Support at support@grokker.com
