It takes a few minutes for Fitbit and Garmin to send us the data. Data from Google Fit is synced with Grokker once a day. To expedite the process, you can do the following:
- Go to your account settings on grokker.com. Select the link to reload Fitbit/Garmin/Google Fit data. This will start a sync and you should see your activity under the IDT tab.
- Go to your account settings on the Grokker app to sync Google Fit. Go to Connect Accounts and click Connect. This will start a sync and you should see your activity under the IDT tab.
If reloading data does not work, please verify that the activity you recorded on your device is an activity that should sync with Grokker.
As a reminder, these are the activities that will sync with Grokker:
Fitbit: walk, run, bike, swim, sport, hike, elliptical, aerobic, training, exercise, and fitness.
Garmin: walk, run, bike, swim, hike, elliptical, and workout.
Google Fit: walk, run, bike, swim, hike, elliptical, hiit, dancing, sports, and meditation.
If the above steps do not solve the issue, please reach out to customer support and we can help you troubleshoot. You may contact us at support@grokker.com.
