If your Grokker subscription has expired, you will need to "Upgrade" your account in order to proceed.
To "Upgrade" your account,
- Navigate to grokker.com
- In the red banner at the top of the screen, click "Upgrade Now".
- If your payment information is already on file*, select which plan (annual vs. monthly) you would like to subscribe and simply click "Subscribe with..."
- If your payment information is not on file, you will be taken to a screen to enter this information.
- After you have entered your payment information, choose which plan you would like to subscribe to and select "Subscribe with..."
* If you would like to change the payment method we have on file or if the payment method is no longer valid, please follow these directions first, and then you may go back to "Upgrade" your account:
- Navigate to grokker.com
- Before selecting "Upgrade Now", select your profile icon in the upper right corner.
- Choose "Account Settings".
- On the left side, under "Manage Payment Method", click "Update Payment Method".
- Once you've updated your payment method, you may follow the directions listed above.
