How Fitbit works with Grokker:
- When you connect your Fitbit account with Grokker, Fitbit activities from up to 48 hours ago will be sync'd. Going forward your workouts will be automatically sync'd with Grokker.
- We record activities tracked by devices only. You need to start your device, choose the workout, end the workout when done and save. Manually entered activities are not used.
- We only record the following Fitbit Activities: walk, run, bike, swim, sport, hike, elliptical, aerobic, training, exercise, and fitness.
- We do not sync any steps.
How Garmin works with Grokker:
- From the time you connect Garmin to Grokker, Garmin will sync your workouts going forward.
- We record activities tracked by devices only. You need to start your device, choose the workout, end the workout when done and save. Manually entered activities are not used.
- We only record the following Garmin Activities: walk, run, bike, swim, hike, elliptical, and workout.
- We do not sync any steps.
How Google Fit works with Grokker:
- When you connect your Google Fit account with Grokker, Google Fit activities from up to 48 hours ago will be synced. Going forward your workouts will be automatically synced with Grokker.
- We record most activities from Google Fit including walk, run, bike, swim, hike, elliptical, hiit, dancing, sports, and meditation.
- Google Fit activities are automatically updated on Grokker once a day.
- We update all Yoga, Fitness, and Mind videos to Google Fit.
- We do not sync any steps.
