Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for Fitbit to send us the data. To expedite the process, you can do the following:
- Go to your account settings. Select the link to reload Fitbit/Garmin data. This will start a sync.

If reloading data doesn't work, please verify that the activity you recorded on your device is an activity that should sync with Grokker.
As a reminder, these are the activities that will sync with Grokker:
Fitbit: walk, run, bike, swim, sport, hike, elliptical, aerobic, training, exercise, and fitness.
Garmin: walk, run, bike, swim, hike, elliptical, and workout.
