Sometimes, it takes a few minutes for Fitbit to send us the data. To expedite the process, you can do the following:
- Go to your account settings on grokker.com. Select the link to reload Fitbit/Garmin data. This will start a sync. Please note this cannot be done on the Grokker app.
If reloading data does not work, please verify that the activity you recorded on your device is an activity that should sync with Grokker.
As a reminder, these are the activities that will sync with Grokker:
Fitbit: walk, run, bike, swim, sport, hike, elliptical, aerobic, training, exercise, and fitness.
Garmin: walk, run, bike, swim, hike, elliptical, and workout.
