You can add a program to your calendar by:
- Logging into your Grokker account via grokker.com.
- Go to the program page of your choice via grokker.com/recent_videos
- Once you have landed on the program page of your choice, in the middle of the first video is a button "Join Program". Click the "Join Program" button.
- When the calendar pops up, a date you wish to start the program and click "Set Reminder".
- The whole series will be added to your calendar and you will receive email and/or app reminders 10 minutes prior to the scheduled workout time.
*Please note that you may only join one program at a time.
