Why do I need to answer the quiz? 

The assessment is used to personalize your Weight Loss Jumpstart plan. Your answers are used to calculate metabolic rate, recommended nutrition, and other factors important for your weight loss. We will not share the results of your quiz with your employer or anyone else in the community.
