The primary difference between a Guide versus a Challenge or a Program is the amount of Expert interaction.
Guides are designed by the Grokker Expert, and include live session Q&As with the Expert as well as daily activities that contain advice, techniques, and tips on achieving your goal.
By nature, Guides are intended to be interactive in order to help you tackle a specific issue. While the activities are never mandatory, there are many features that help keep you accountable to your goal, like the activity tracker and the daily app notifications.
Grokker Challenges are curated by Grokker staff to help you achieve a goal.
They leverage multiple Experts but have a lower level of direct guidance. You receive a recommended Grokker Expert video of the day that will help you achieve your challenge goal, and a Grokker Expert or staff member will be moderating the community forum. However, there will not be daily advice activities provided by the Expert. Grokker Challenges are similar to Guides in that you choose to work towards a goal for a certain amount of time along with others in the Grokker community.
Grokker Programs are self-paced courses designed by Grokker Experts that you can access on-demand.
You choose your own schedule, and you can post comments that the Grokker Experts can answer. Programs are flexible for your schedule and you can come back to them again and again.
